United vs Colorado Rovers
Result:
Lost 0-3
Coach Recap: FCD United played a hard fought game against a competitive and organized Rovers squad on a beautiful Cinco de Mayo at Regency. United went down 1-0 early off a well played cross and finish. United kept it competitive and high energy throughout the first half, controlling some parts of the game. Rovers got another early goal in the second half but United continued to improve and had several chances to get on the board. But after conceding a PK Rovers took the lead 3-0, which would be the final score.

Elite Division:

U19 vs Real Colorado
Result:
Won 5-3
Recap: The U19's had quite an up and down day yesterday, as the scoreline changed hands multiple times, not too mention close to 80+% of them were coming off of their Senior Proms from Saturday night, but managed to grind out a very important and impressive win vs Real.
We had to change our style of play and strategy multiple times in order to find the right mix of players and tempo to breakdown a very tough backline of Real's to net 3 goals in a 16 minute span in the second half to solidify the 5-3 victory. The kept at it, stayed on the front foot, found a way to get the job done, and for that, as their coach, I couldn't be prouder!
Our FutPost.com's Man of the match goes to Marko Babiak, as he continued to cause problems for Reals midfield and backline, he continually worked his butt off, to get back in behind the ball to support the defense, and was key to our transitions going forward with many runs from deeper positions, looking for the quick combination plays, and slipping our strikers and wings in behind the defense.
Scorers: Boyle, Mutleq (2), Kenge (2)

Masters vs Colorado Rovers Elite
Result:
Won 7-1
Coaches Recap:
Masters clinched its 4th consecutive Elite Division promotion playoff appearance with a 7-1 victory against a short-handed Rovers Elite to improve to 5-1-0 (15 points) on the season. The scoring started early and often with Ryan Moschel cleaning up a corner kick to finish from close range in the 10th minute. Derek Moore would calmly score from the penalty kick spot mid-way thru the half and Stephen Noone would score to take Masters into the half ahead 3-0. Early in the 2nd half, Andy Fleckenstein finished cleverly from the top of the box with his left foot into the left corner. A few minutes later Scott Brooks rounded the keeper on a nice thru ball to tuck it home into the empty net. Rovers Elite would get a goal back on a penalty kick of their own in the 70th min, but Masters closed out strong with John Riggs chipping over the keeper and Nic Wilson converting another penalty kick awarded near the end of the match. Next up is the final regular season match on May 19th against first place Aztecas 5280, with playoff seeding on the line.
Scorers:
Moschel, Moore, Noone, Fleckenstein, Brooks, Riggs, Wilson
Man of the Match:

Over 30 Division:

Legends vs Newcastle FC
Result:
Won 6-0
Coaches Recap:
Legends took on an arch rival Newcastle who had knocked us out of the playoffs the prior year. Knowing it was going to be a big game, Legends was prepared and ready to go from the first whistle. We came out flying against a 9 man Newcastle and got an early goal on a dipping shot Kyle Firebaugh. Felipe Carneiro shortly added a second and we were up 2-0. Newcastle was able to get a full squad, and the game was a little more back and forth but Legends having a majority of the possession. Legends again came out strong in the second half with a goal from Jaime Pinon. With Legends defense standing strong and Hunter Watkins snuffing out any chances on goal, Newcastle never really threatened to score. Brady Yarletts slotted in the 4th goal, and the game started to slow as the result was well in hand. Brady added two more goals to complete the hat trick and round out the 6-0 victory. Legends currently sits atop the 030 division with a 5-0-0 record with 23 goals for and 1 against.
Scorers:
Firebaugh, Carneiro, Pinon, Yarletts (3)
Man of the Match:
Yarletts

Womens Division:

FCDW vs FC Boulder Women
Result:
Lost 0-4
Coaches Recap:
A great bout against FC Boulder. The women’s team tried their best for 90 minutes, but ultimately were not able to overcome the challenge, closing out the game 4-1. Several adjustments were made on the field to ensure that FC Boulder was getting denied. Before the close of the half, our Grover lobbied the ball past FC Boulder’s keeper during a corner kick, aided by Hirschman’s header. Several players experimented with new positions and demonstrating great athleticism for the challenge. The incorporation of flanks to the formation allowed for players such as Naylor, Morgan, Silvestrone, and Gustine to expand the field and attack from different angles. Crum came up big in the second half, denying five out of the six shots taken in the latter 45.
Scorers:
N/A
Woman of the Match:
Victoria Slattery for demonstrating versatility and determination throughout the whole game. Typically a right fullback, Tori stepped up to her beloved position of central defensive midfield. She blocked FC Boulder several times throughout the game by sprinting at an ungodly speed and supporting the defensive line. First to the ball and a consistent hunger to keep possession  aiding in creating attacking opportunities.
